May I call you Eric? I don't know, with the multitude of clientele, if you remember me-I contacted you back in March. I was the one you told to calm down. I admit, I was one wired up basket case, and I am sorry I kind of snarled at you. Your advice was impeccably correct. I filed a 13, there is no more lawsuit, and no stress from excessive bills. But that is not the reason I am writing. I feel obligated to tell you, that you are gifted with a firm of outstanding individuals.

I would like to refer to the meeting of creditors. Here my wife and I had to briefly sit through a few cases before ours, and one particular meeting. Another attorney represented his clients, a young couple, rather in a disorganized fashion, shuffling through papers and different forms, in an almost fearful fashion, leading the Trustee to make the statement:" Next time you come to this meeting, don't leave us in the Dark."

I have been helping people buy and sell Real Estate for 18 years. One thing I have learned is that not all attorneys are created equal. I did a lot of research before I even called your number. I wanted to be confident that we were going to do things to our best advantage, as painlessly as possible. This hasn't been easy. It's been damn hard.

But I know we made the right choice in hiring your firm. I have received notice that my Chapter 13 bankruptcy has been discharged. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for everything that you have done for me over the past five years. When I first came to your office I was mentally, physically, and financially devastated, my business failing and a creditor that thought he was above the law. Hi Rex, I pulled a copy of our credit. Nationstar Mortgage is listed on the credit as "included in bankruptcy". And also, I was a little shocked at our median credit score which is 635. I expected a much lower score. I wanted to share this info with you as it may give you an example to share maybe with future clients. We were told that because our credit was great before hand and that we owned a home and that they are not dinging people as bad during these times for bankruptcy. 1) Scheduled me to see an attorney within 3-days of my first call;

Just wanted to say thank you. The 341 meeting went very well, though I missed not meeting Kevin. My wife and I wanted to express our gratitude that Mr. Olsen showed up. The trustee seemed very impressed with meeting him and thing went very smooth for us.
