Steven Rogers

Steven is a consumer law associate for the firm’s Utah office. He primarily focuses his practice on Bankruptcy, Consumer Protection and Personal Injury. Steven counsels clients in all aspects of their cases including on how to protect assets in a bankruptcy, stop garnishments, and stop foreclosures. Steve also fights hard for his client’s right when they have been wronged by creditors or are injured by the negligence of another. Steven assists with the firm’s Hispanic clients and speaks fluent Spanish.

Steven joined OlsenDaines in 2010 and has dealt with hundreds of issues for bankruptcy and consumer litigation clients. Steven has settled child visitation and custody disputes and has successfully represented civil litigants in jury trials.

Before law school Steven gained work experience in Management, Sales, Construction and the Technology Sector. Steven’s experience, skills and passion ensure that hard-working Utah families receive zealous representation and a real advocate for their rights.

Education

Steven left Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English to attend a top 25 law school at the University Of Illinois College Of Law. Steven graduated in the top of his class with his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude in 2011. He received many awards and national recognition for his client advocacy skills.
