Eric W. Olsen (email me) graduated from University of Oregon School of Law with a JD in 1978 and from Brigham Young University in 1974 with a BA. Mr. Olsen is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Western District of Washington, Eastern District of Washington, and the State Courts of Oregon and Washington.

Mr. Olsen is the founder of the firm. Mr. Olsen has been married for 34 years and has 8 children and 8 grandchildren. His wife is an RN and works for Hospice. Mr. Olsen concentrates on personal injury cases. Mr. Olsen has been a pilot for many years and often flies to meet clients in different cities. He enjoys fishing and flowers. Lars H. Olsen (email me) graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1991 with a JD and from Willamette University with a BS. Mr. Olsen is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and Oregon State Courts.


Lars Olsen has been an assistant high school football coach now for over 20 years. He has practiced with the firm exclusively in bankruptcy now for over 15 years. Married with four children, Lars enjoys hunting and fishing when he is not instructing football players. View Lars's page here.



Rex K. Daines (email me) graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1995 with a JD and from Utah State University in 1992 with a BA. Mr. Daines is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of Oregon and the Western District of Washington and the Eastern District of Washington and the State Courts of Oregon and Washington.

Kevin D. Swartz (email me) graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1998 with a JD and from Washington State University in 1995 with a BA. Mr. Swartz is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the Western District of Washington and the Eastern District of Washington and the State Courts of Oregon and Washington.

Kevin Swartz a partner in Olsen Olsen and Daines and has practiced in bankruptcy exclusively with the firm now for well over 15 years. He has been happily married for 15 years with a girl and a boy and a springer spaniel. Kevin's wife teaches 4th grade. Dwayne Murray (email me) of counsel to the firm and specializes in social security law. He has been assisting people in obtaining benefits for disability now for over thirty years. Few have the depth and breadth of his experience in this area.

Dwayne R. Murray graduated from Northwest School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1974 with a JD and the University of Oregon in 1969 with a BA. Matthew A. Casper(email me) received a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2006 and a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2001. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the State Courts of Oregon. Mr. Casper focuses his practice on bankruptcy and brings his experience to the firm to head up the Portland offices.

Matt has been married for 8 years and has three beautiful children. When he is not at work, Matt likes to spend time with his family, especially while working in the garden and camping. On any given weekend you will find his family sitting around a campfire. View Matt's page here.



D. Neal Peton (email me) received a JD in 2007 from Willamette University College of Law, and a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2004. He also holds a degree in Business Administration. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, as well as the State Courts of Oregon. Mr. Peton focuses on personal injury and bankruptcy cases.

Michael R. Fuller(email me) earned his JD from Willamette University College of Law (Order of Barristers) in 2009 and his BS in Philosophy from Oregon State University in 2005. Michael practices consumer rights litigation and bankruptcy law at OlsenDaines' Portland and Hillsboro offices. Outside the courtroom he enjoys sailing, boxing, and running with his pit bull Georgie. Aaron Rabiroff(email me) Aaron Rabiroff earned his JD from Lewis and Clark University in 2007 and his BA from Reed College in 2004. He was previously employed in the Oregon Senate. Mr. Rabiroff enjoys politics, is an American History buff and loves basketball. View Aaron's page here.




Mike Sperry(email me) is originally from Phoenix, Arizona where he graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Sperry Attended Willamette University College of Law and graduated in 2010. While in law school, he was a member of the Willamette Moot Court Executive Board, was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and was one of eight recipients of the Order of the Barristers his final year in law school. Mr. Sperry is licensed in Washington State Court and also in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts for the State of Washington. Mr. Sperry has been with the firm since 2008, initially as a law clerk and now as an Associate Attorney working on Washington cases. Steven Rogers (email me) is a consumer law associate for the firm’s Utah office. He primarily focuses his practice on Bankruptcy, Consumer Protection and Personal Injury. Steven counsels clients in all aspects of their cases including on how to protect assets in a bankruptcy, stop garnishments, and stop foreclosures. Steve also fights hard for his client’s right when they have been wronged by creditors or are injured by the negligence of another. Kristoffer Sperry (email me) is a consumer bankruptcy associate practicing in the firm’s Boise office. Kris counsels clients on how to protect assets in a bankruptcy, stop garnishments, and avoid creditor harassment. Kris also assists with the firm’s Hispanic clients and speaks fluent Spanish.
